Venkatesh Bharti is the Director and Co-Founder of NeuroVentra Private Limited, where he leads the vision, strategy, and development of human-assist robotics and intelligent mobility technologies designed to enhance physical capability, productivity, and everyday performance.
A distinguished innovator and solution-driven technologist, Mr. Bharti is the recipient of the Young & Innovative Scientist Award (2022) from DRDO, conferred by the Hon’ble Defence Minister of India, Shri Rajnath Singh. He has also been recognized by IIT Directors and the Naval Chief of India, reflecting his significant contributions to science, technology, and innovation.
With a strong foundation in intellectual property and deep-tech innovation, Mr. Bharti holds over 100 intellectual property rights, including 100+ patents & designs, spanning multiple technology domains. His work bridges robotics, artificial intelligence, IoT, and applied engineering, with a focus on translating complex ideas into scalable, real-world solutions.
Prior to NeuroVentra, he has played key roles across multiple startups in Ed-Tech, Information Technology, Legal-Tech, and Food-Tech, contributing to product development, commercialisationorganisations strategies, and innovation frameworks. As an IoT specialist, startup consultant, and strategic advisor, he has supported technology-driven organizations in building robust, market-ready solutions.
Mr. Bharti is also a respected speaker and educator, having delivered 50+ technical and innovation-focused sessions and serving as a guest lecturer at multiple universities. His professional experience includes close collaboration with India’s Fortune 50+ companies, top academic institutions, and a wide range of startups, where he has led proof-of-concept development, problem-solving initiatives, and strategic planning exercises.
